Well, It all started Back in the streets of Liberty City, Nemesis - Who newly arrived in the city was a stranger, the first person he met though was an old friend he knew from way back, Bulletz.
The two talked for ages, and in the end decided to have some duels, they were at a a fish factory in Portland, the fight lasted around two to three minutes, the skill shown by both seemed promising, covering fire, dodging, use of speed and the exploitation of weak spots were already being shown, the fight soon ended with Nemesis just winning the fight with a shot in the leg, Bulletz called for a halt.
After his recovery, He and Nemesis decided to make a community of fighters such as themselves, friends were called in such as Rodaz and Theo, who helped with the recruitment for the army being built, They soon had 15 members and after growing tired of the ever quieting streets of Liberty City, took a plane to the metropolis of Vice City
